Before batch casting, the material is analyzed by German Spectrometer for each furnace. With the good facilities for the physical performance test of Casting, salt spray test, heat treatment , metallographic analysis and so on, Aopu company can provide the test report on metallographic , tensile, impact, hardness, penetration and etc. Aopu owns the perfect and unique producing process for pumps , impellers and components of valves. In 2008, for business expansion�Aopu expanded production plant, and established a subsidiary in Shunde District, Foshan city near to Canton Fair (Pazhou Exhibition Hall ).she is responsible for process on investment castings, like machining, grinding and polishing, assembly and packing. There are CMC lathes, milling machines and many kinds of machines .
